3. SMS Messaging and Consent

Your phone number will NEVER be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share your number with SMS carriers as necessary to deliver messages. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

3.1 TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations:

• We honor all opt-out requests immediately
• We do not send messages between 9 PM and 8 AM local time unless requested by user
